Wonderful staff!!!! Clean lobby area.

Cold water= taking a cold shower, no water pressure, a/c broken, small extra very small rooms, uncomfortable mattress, extra thin walls so we heard everything that was going on outside of our room!

MID SHOWER WATER SHUT OFF ABSOLUTELY COVERED IN SOAP I WALKED DOWN TO THE LOBBY TO FIND SEVERAL OTHER GUESTS WITHOUT WATER EMPLOYEE STATES IT COMES AND GOES it’s normal. HE KNEW THE ISSUE WAS THERE. 6 hours later we have no water
