They did not come to clean my room. I called 3 different times and asked for a supervisor and I was not helped. I did not get clean towels or sheets for the beds.

I think for the breakfast instead of the pancakes being self serving it should be prepared and kept in a warmer, due to it being self serving the breakfast area was crowded and everyone was trying to make waffles and pancakes at the same time, and it took long . You had families trying to prepare for themselves and their kids & that was very time consuming! The hotel only served oatmeal for breakfast and you have some guest that prefers grits instead of.

A microwave wasn’t in the room
