Nice place to stay for the area.

Nice place. Very clean an upkeep was great. Very pleased with the facility and price. We would stay here again anytime! Close to lots of places in town ie restaurants breweries etc.

We stayed in a king suite on the second floor. The bed and pillows were comfy. We found it very difficult to maneuver our luggage up the stairs, especially since there was only a railing on one side. The bathroom lacked towel racks and we could have really used a luggage rack to hold our large suitcase. The studio room had a desk and chair, a sofa, comfy chair, a dresser, Roku TV, and kitchenette with microwave, sink and fridge. Breakfast was continental and had coffee, juices, bagels, prepackaged muffins, etc. and cereal. We were slowly hauling our luggage downstairs to pack our car and were electronically locked out of room 15 minutes before checkout time while half of our stuff was still in the room. The owner never was on site and didn't answer their phone but thankfully the cleaning lady showed up to rescue us.

We stayed for a last minute trip and was very please with it. Everything was very clean and its a nice distance from anything. Very walkable and cute town.

Very clean, bright and updated. Loved the shower, bed wonderful very comfortable. Quiet area, and building was quiet we didn’t hear a peep and realized was half full when we woke up. We were by the front door and street but so quiet.

Love the property but I would have loved a small outdoor seating area would be nice or little table and chairs out front.

The facility was quite new and a good place to stay. There was no one manning the reception desk most of the time, that can be inconvenient.

The outside does not look like a typical hotel (we drove past it and then realized the front door was on the side of the building where the parking lot is located. But the inside is clean and modern with contactless check-in and check-out. Before arrival we received a text with the room code and were able to head straight in. We were very pleased: It is located within a block of a gas station and also to places to eat. It was very quiet and restful. The only negative was the noise level of the A/C unit and a lack of room darkening curtains. As an older traveler grab bars would be a nice addition in the shower. We did not bring our logins to stream television so not convenient for those who have not yet cut the cable cord. But we would definitely recommend the Elker Inn.
