הגענו והצוות לא היה ונאלצנו להמתין ולהתקשר. החדר לא מאוורר אין חלון נפתח צפוף מאד ל 4 אנשים

The location was convenient for my travel needs. It was nice having the coffee ready every morning.

It felt a bit isolated. If I had had any issues I don't know who I would have called. I left some messages on the voicemail but didn't receive any response. The only reason my issue was resolved was because I happened to bump into a staff member who was able to assist.

Very clean

Room was clean, bed was comfy, shower was hot. Could hear everything going on outside our room but to be expected where the room location was. Would stay again.

Immaculate clean quiet a great place to spend the night. A Sheetz is across the street good place for passing through

No complaints

We were u surr of yhe olace as it looked like a gray box. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. There isnt anyone on- site. Everything is done electronically. There is a common area for continental breakfast. My biggest problem was the main doors into the facility arent locked. My wife and i didnt feel safe sleeping without expected security. The town is quaint, but decaying with shuttered businesses. Meal options are poor. Sheetz, small pizza joints and a crappy restaurant called the Valley Tavern. We stayed in the area for hiking. We will bypass Ridgway and Elker for our next hiking trip.

Very easy to check in and out. Room was comfortable and exceptionally clean.
