Location, bathroom

Requested room was handicapped. The room lacked furnature. ONLY ONE CHAIR. Couch was actually a trunddall bed which was so uncomfortably one could not sit on it. (Again only one chair) Not even a table infront or beside the couch. No refrigerator in room as it appeared to have been removed. The only part of room acceptable was bathroom.. Beds were ok.
