"You get what you pay for."

Convenient location in the middle of Pigeon Forge. This was the only plus to the hotel.

Room was dirty and staff was unfriendly. Walked in to something splattered all over the bathroom walls and a dirty shower. Room itself was decently quality. This BestWestern is more of a motel rather than a hotel. Booking.com listing was deceptive and made the hotel appear nicer than reality. Check-out was at 11am but we received a knock on the door at 10:15 saying we needed to be out in the next 10 mins.

Price was fair, service and staff are top tier!! They were very helpful upon arrival and throughout our visit. Breakfast was great every morning and the coffee/tea bar is nice for a hot drink on a cold day.

We had a couple staying under us, we were upstairs, they were not happy that the floors were squeaky when we walked around. So they would bang on the ceiling aggressively at us. It was 6am when we arrived so maybe we woke them up but we didn’t mean to or know it was an issue at all. So we would try our best to walk softly around the room through the visit but they continued with the aggressive banging!! Had to ask the front desk to please have them stop this. After that it did stop. We were never intentionally jumping around or being loud. I think the walls were just very thin. Also I did see a small black bug walk out in the shower one night while I was using the restroom, it looked to be a small roach or water bug im not sure the difference.

The location

The kitchenette area was dirty. There was jelly all over the facets and countertops. The floors were dirty, the bottoms of my son’s feet were black. The bed sheets had holes in them. When I pulled back the top cover on the bed candy wrapper fell out of the sheet. The frame of the bed was covered in crumbs and who knows what else. The top of the curtain where it sits on the track to stay closed was broken. When I told the receptionist about all this he was a complete jerk and acted like I was lying.
