Nobody to check us in. Over 1 hr wait. Nobody answered phone etc. Just awful. Nice place staff always sub par

I had a great stay at the property. Its apartment units are clean and come with thorough amenities. The pool and rooftop are great. It’s located in a busy neighborhood with lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance.

Parker at the front desk was amazing! Room was clean and had a delightful view. Utilized hydrotherapy which was nice and not crowded. No complaints and would return.

This place was amazing to stay at. View from our room was wonderful! The amenities were very nice even though we didn’t have time to utilize them. Nice area and we were able to walk to many places. The front desk staff very helpful and polite with helping our check in. I would recommend this property for short and or long stay in the city.

This place is absolutely gorgeous and in a great location with easy access to hot spots in the city. The kitchen is beautiful and it’s very spacious. Katrina at the front desk was so accommodating and the service provided was beyond exceptional. The look and style of everything is very modern and the amenities are amazing. This was worth way more than what we paid and I am super picky about cleanliness, service, and overall presentation. The views from the top 31st floor of the city were beautiful.
