Very beautiful hotel. Service was great from the moment you walk in. Has everything you need, bar, food, coffee shop all right there. Room was very nice, bed ultra comfy. Nice work space as well. Room was stocked with adult beverages and s snacks which were great!

I have stated here twice for a week each time and love this hotel. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are large and the bathrooms are beautiful as well. The staff is amazing --all very kind and helpful and attentive. I have family in Grand Forks for a year at UND and will only stay at The Olive Ann. Definitely a 10 out of 10 !!

"Fun, elegant, great service hotel"

What a wonderful addition to downtown Grand Forks! From the moment we stepped in to the fresh, modern lobby, we felt well cared for. The valet parking meant that we stayed out of the North Dakota winter weather. Our suite was spacious, and when we noticed that the tv's weren't working, 2 friendly maintenance people were there promptly to sort out the issue (and give us lots of Marriott points for our inconvenience!). So many charming touches! From the story of Olive Ann, founder and CEO of Beechcraft airplanes, came lots of air-themed art work and decor. The wallpaper in the bathroom was the most clever and fun I've ever seen (see photo)! The huge windows brought in the beautiful sunset and then the lights of downtown. The location was perfect, with the best restaurants in town and some cute shops just a short walk from the doors. This will be our go-to GF hotel from now on.
