A real cool place for an aviation enthusiast. A Beechcraft 350 in the lobby and Beech history throughout. A nation themed everything along with the local university, UND. Brand new, very modern and relaxing decor and amenities throughout. A great coffee shop downstairs and restaurant and bar on the second floor. Everything you need for a relaxed yet luxury stay. Right in the middle of excellent restaurants and bars downtown. Will never stay anywhere else in Grand Forks.

We’ve stayed 3 times in the last 3 months. Thoughtfully designed boutique hotel with a great back story—spacious, well appointed rooms with comfortable beds, in a great location. Minor service issues aside, this is our favorite area hotel by far.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Olive Ann Hotel this weekend! The rooms are fabulous, they have very high ceilings that make you feel like you’re in an apartment. Great staff and service. We had apps and drinks at the restaurant on the 2nd floor and paid under $100 for a few apps and many drinks. We will be back!
