The hotel was pretty but nothing more than that

We did not know we had to $60 a day for parking. We were put in a room without a bathtub and then when we requested one with a bathtub our room was downgraded with no compensation. The room said they had microwaves and they didn't. No one ever came to empty the trash. This was absolutely the worst place I have ever stayed.

Great location, lovely pool although lacks direct sun. Comfortable bed. Nice breakfast and good coffee.

Noisy room even on a high floor - as it looks out t rainy street. Fridge buzzed all night. Phone did not work for room service. Hair in the bath. Fan in bathroom did not work.
