Proximity to campus, downtown, grocery store. Well appointed and loved the classic charm.

No staff members on premises, but owners answered quickly. I didn’t like that Booking charged my credit card the day before I could cancel.

Location is awesome next to river. Stayed here before. Location is why stayed so five minutes from WaGriz stadium. Jordan very helpful and there to answer questions. Will be staying again this next year September for Griz game against Drake.

Quaint, completely furnished and stocked, full kitchen with dishwasher and clothes washer/dryer. Also love the location on the river with the covered porch and within easy walking distance to downtown. The owners are great and very helpful in returning items I left behind- they went above and beyond expectations!

Roku TV (can’t get local channels) so couldn’t watch NFL unless I signed up for streaming service

Spacious, clean, nice location.

The kitchen shelves with dishes and shelves with shampoo and shower gel in shower are so high that you need a ladder to reach them. The bathroom is small and there are no room or shelves or hooks for any of guest's stuff. there is no even a kettle in the kitchen, I had to boil water to make a tea cap in one of two pots. The toilet is for dwarf, so low, but shelves are for giants. 3 stars because of that.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment that was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the furnishings in this historic home and the location is great, right on the path along the river and close to downtown and the university. I would definitely stay there again.

Arrivée et départ facile, beaucoup d'espace, lit confortable. Nous n'avons passé qu'une courte nuit donc pas utilisé la cuisine et le salon.

Maison en bois qui craque de partout quand on marche, même doucement, heureusement que les gens au dessus de nous étaient discrets... De plus on entend beaucoup le fleuve juste dehors, l'isolation sonore est bien mauvaise. Les fenêtres ne coupent pas très bien le froid extérieur, début octobre ça allait, mais en hiver il faut probablement mettre du chauffage. Escaliers relativement étroits pour monter des grosses valises.
