Always a nice property. Staff is extremely nice and professional especially maintenance and housekeeping. I did experience the door bolt not latching on this room too so I’m not sure what’s going on. I’ve mentioned it to management but I’m sure it’ll take time to resolve. Just a little nerve-wracking traveling on your own and the bolt won’t catch. If it was once, I’d chalk it up to user error on my part but this was 3 of 4 stays in which the door didn’t bolt. Otherwise, it’s in a great location, nice property, nice staff with many restaurants to choose from and activities to engage in.
