USThe rooms are beautiful. Very well done, nice decor, beautiful bedding, and nicely appointed kitchen. Super clean and fresh. I felt very relaxed and comfortable. The location is great, right downtown. Walking distance to Hackley Park. The staff was very responsive. It was my first time there, and I had a few questions when I arrived. The woman who answered my calls was super helpful, friendly, and professional.
Unfortunately, the Dreamstay had to move me to a different room for my second night, claiming that booking.com had booked me in two different rooms for the two nights. It WAS a hassle to move unexpectedly, BUT I got to experience two different rooms during my stay, and I can safely say that you can't go wrong no matter what room you're in. I loved both of them.
