The facility didn’t check their room condition before the guest moving in. There is no heat at all when the weather was very cold last night.

"We had a very relaxing visit. The suite was comfortable and spacious enough to meet our needs."

The breakfast offered a good variety of items to accommodate our family. The breakfast room was never overcrowded which offered us time to make our choices. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to our needs as we were traveling with our wheelchair bound grandson.

The location did not offer a relaxing view. But the entrance had very easy access.

Everything was wonderful. The room was excellent and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only drawback was for such a nice hotel there was no real hot breakfast. Just manufactured stuff on a heat rack. That we did not like.

"Zero water pressure in the shower and couldn’t connect to the wifi"
