"Loved the concept of the room layout. But of the uncomfortable bed and HORRIBLE pillows, I would not stay again. A goo"

Room layout was exceptional. Staff very friendly. Especially the older gentleman taking care of breakfast. Very clean. Breakfast was very nice.

Bed was too firm, for my taste. Pillows were horrible…flat. Woke with a stiff neck. Problem with toilet not flushing. Had to use garage bin filled with water to flush toilet. Problem resolved itself by morning. Still, it was not expected in a Hilton Hotel. No local channels on TV. Nice to have local traffic news when traveling.

Breakfast was slightly better than okay.

The room was great, but the pillows could have been a little better. I actually went across the street to a Walmart and bought a pillow, but I'm picky and have neck and shoulder issues. And at least one brite light to read/work by.

Upgrade your pillows. For this to be a newer facility the pillows seemed like hand me downs. Flat and no support. The breakfast was not appeasable at all. We walked in looked and turned around and left.

Everything was fantastic. Rooms are spotless. Shower was amazing. Thank you to all the very nice housekeepers who keep this place so nice and clean. Much appreciated!! Thank you to the nice front desk staff who were always greeting us with a smile and providing pool towels for our family. :)
