The location was excellent! Everything was near by or a 10-15 minute drive. The hotel was very clean and had everything we needed. There was a shopping center connected to the hotel in case we needed to shop or grab food. Everything was great I don’t have any complaints about the hotel. I loved it so much we added an extra day. Highly recommend!

I was enjoying my trip to Vegas so much that I wanted to extend my stay and book another day. I was assured this wouldn't be a problem in the evening when I spoke with the front desk, and I proceeded to book another night online as directed and requested to stay in our current room since we had unpacked and were settled in. I went to the front desk first thing the next morning to confirm all was set, and they assured me, assigned my credit card for incidentals for this day, and issued new keys for me for the current room since they were set to expire. My friend and I went out to start our day, and I received a text a bit later informing me that our room is actually unavailable due to monthly maintenance and I'd need to get a new room. Kind of inconvenient but not a huge deal. We weren't able to return to the hotel until later that day (which was not a problem and "no rush" via text from staff) when we planned on getting ready for a show that night. I stopped at the front desk and after speaking with someone who didn't really know what was going on, received a new key for our original room since all of our stuff was still in there, as well as new keys for a new room. We went upstairs and found that the new key for the old room wouldn't work. I was told to come back down again so they could try something else. I'm not sure why someone couldn't come up to me to assist instead of me having to go back and forth multiple times, but eventually they had to give in and had security escort me upstairs so we could pack all of our belongings and move. All in all, the back and forth and moving of rooms took nearly 90 minutes and we were late for our show. None of that mattered to them, and they actually yelled at me across the lobby to call them when we were done changing rooms because their engineering team was "waiting on [me]".

I loved the room so much might even book it again
