Unity Hotel - No Parking & Rooms Are Upstairs

One could smoke inside. The internet never failed during the week I stayed there. The bath is large.

I heard not much about the couple who have managed the hotel for over a week. They live there too. Last hour of the entire week, they freak out about leaving the place. When I complained about the cockroaches in the entire accommodation, the lady said, "The building is old." It never came to her mind that their presence was more due to the lack of cleaning, sealing holes, etc, rather than the age of the building.

The room was covered in cockroaches the walls, the bed everything the bathroom, the shower we did not stay there we left we called booking.com to get a refund. No one wants to give us a refund.

The room was covered in cockroaches, walls, floor bed, shower toilet sink. What did the manager do? Gave us a bottle of specified we left.
