Unity Hotel - No Parking & Rooms Are Upstairs

There was cocroaches every where it was sooooo bad and the ac didn't work properly no screen on the windows 😑

Worst motel. The manager the wife and husband are both rude and racist. Noticed someone wrote on the wall they were racist when I first stayed and didn’t think anything. They painted over it but it turned out to be true. They do not like black people or young people.

My 2nd visit was better than the 1st

They had said they take service dogs, then changed their mind when we showed up and said no "pets" when I clearly stated service animals she was rude and shoving us to leave.

It was roaches everywhere and the manager got upset with me for saying something about it

Roaches! Roaches! Roaches! Roaches! The room was completely infested with roaches. I didn’t even set my bag down when I walked through the door. I walked in the room for less than one minute and probably saw 30 roaches. Bath tub was disgusting and stained.

Sucio, había cucarachas, sanitario no funcionaba, no había agua caliente

They need to fix the television.

Front desk was disrespectful and rude.
