Nothing really

Everything. Lobby not welcoming, empty, no atmosphere. Just dirty outdated chairs and a lady behind the counter who was not exactly polite and grouchy to put it mildly. Never was the word please or thank you uttered. She engaged at a bare minimum level. Guys outside entry doors drinking and smoking, like that was where they hang out. Then the room was dirty and run down. Felt kinda like a remodeled garage.

Found everyone to be friendly an rooms were clean an up kept.

Location, clean, quiet, price. Stayed there before, will stay again when needed.

No complaints at all.

5 minutes from SFA, easy to get to, quiet, clean, great value.

Walls were torn apart and run down, could hear neighbors in other rooms having intimate time late into the night.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. Rosalind was so sweet and helpful. She told us if we needed anything to let her know. The hotel was quiet. Room was very spacious and clean. I enjoyed the patio area outside our room. Good location close to food and a gas station.

The rooms were cool but the lobby was super hot meaning guest were cool but the sweet hotel staff were hot their entire shift and they are the face of the hotel!! Please fix their air!! They were all too kind and friendly to have to work in heat!
