"The most comfortable beds!!"

Our family stayed in the room with the patio by the pool, highly recommend it if you have kids or just want to sit on the patio to enjoy the morning or night time. Beds were so comfortable, even my husband slept well and his shoulders always bother him on hotel beds. The location is great for Knott's visit and there is an OC mall accessible from the downstairs lobby, my daughter loved it! There is a seed water coffee shop in the mall, highly recommend it! I loved the valet service and felt better knowing my new car had security watching over it. All the staff were wonderful and kind! I will stay here again for a Knott's visit!!

Excellent property. Awesome large lobby with restaurants. Seen such large lobby in Asia. Loved relaxinh & have a drink. It has bar which serves liquor and other non alcoholic beverages. Hotel lobby connected to Mall which has number of restaurants. Will surely recommend and stay again.

Hotel staff was very nice. Samuel was a great person to work with at the front desk. Very modern and clean/open space. Location was great except there is no "free" parking so must pay for valet. However, there are other hotels walking distance and it would be beneficial to park there for free and walk to the hotel.
