"It was nice stay but check the shower."

We arrived at 10:00 pm. The receptionist was polite and kind. The room was comfortable and clean. We had breakfast the next day and that was good. The bathroom shower wasn’t as nice as the room. The shower head was broken and dirty. The large shampoo and conditioner bottles had soap residue on the outside. Some of the residue had dripped onto the floor and it wasn’t cleaned up. Overall, it was fine for the two nights we were there.

Comfy bedding, clean and spacious. Good front desk staff. Took a few minutes to adjust room temperature far too warm....once we got it right it maintained good sleeping temperature. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again when visiting family here in VT.

Close to Burlington and Stowe. Environment friendly options like composting and recycling bins in the room. It would have nice to offer composting in the dining area. Also a suggestion to keep kitchen napkins to wipe utensils.

This room was over $450.00 …the only available room around town. We thought it would be luxurious. They put us in a handi cap room with an air conditioning system that sounded like a freight train. The hotel is actually a La Quinta….not a Hawthorn Extended stay. Management did nothing to help us and was rude to both us and the staff at Hotels.com. It is a shame that a Company has no conscious about ripping people off. DO NOT STAY HERE…you would be better off in your car.
