The Avery Hotel

They had to move me to another hotel at 11 pm because of the loud music they were planning in the bar/ restaurant st the hotel. My room was directly above it !!! Horrible experience

Our absolute favorite hotel in downtown Boise! From location, to staff to restaurant options and beautifully appointed rooms, The Avery cannot be beat. They have snacks at check in and coffee and a sweet for guests in the am. Book it already!!

The basic room was so small we had to climb on the bed to pass each other. The luggage trolley wouldn’t fit in the room so we had to unload and load it in the hallway. Very uncomfortable room. The bright spot, and the reason I gave it a 3 rating, is the staff! Everyone is friendly from the valet to the front desk to the bartenders. Friendly and helpful. The breakfast at the brassiere was forgettable. Poor coffee, tasteless food, and poorly prepared.

The hotel is beautiful,my room was well decorated. All in all it was near perfect. But it was much to cold for me. The thermostat did not seem to respond to my raising the temp. I solved the problem by opening the window to let warm air in. I like to solve my own problems, I was dead tired and had an early flight. I did not want to disturb the staff by asking for help. I truly enjoyed your restaurant. The waitress was delightful and the food absolutely wonderful. It is a lovely hotel and I plan to stay there in the future.

Charming older hotel in Downtown close to everything '

Nice clean room and very good staff. Great location right downtown, close to everything. Handy valet parking. We dined at the hotel restaurant and some things were terrific but our two entrees were not exceptional. Boise Greenbelt within walking distance and just a fabulous urban trail system!! Would stay again.

Nice rooms clean

The Avery Hotel is a beautiful, historic boutique hotel right in the center of downtown Boise. Our room was gorgeous with gold fixtures and marble, and a plushy bed and robes for lounging. The valet team were professional and the hospitality staff at the desk and restaurant were friendly and attentive. By the way the rillette in the restaurant is an amazing appetizer and the drinks were perfect. We will stay here again. Enjoy!

The staff at the Avery was over the top! The historic building had such ambiance and the rooms were well appointed ( small but cozy). The bed was super comfortable.

Sweet hotel in the heart of Boise. Very comfortable and quiet.
