Staff were very courteous. Breakfast could have been better, very limited choice. Grounds and area around could use sprucing up. In fairness to the facilty a huge hailstorm had happened recently. Beds and bedding were clean. Carpets were stained. No elevator.
The greeter dog was a bonus! Very clean rooms, beds were medium soft, sheets were clean, plenty of clean towels. Small hotel, so plenty of parking around the perimeter. Breakfast included.
USI didn't have to wait for check in. I had a reservation.
The south door was not card functional. The door was Ill fitted to the frame.
