There was no coffee or tea when we arrived at 5p and the area for it was very dirty. We left to go eat and returned but still no coffee or tea and the area was still not clean. Our room was clean but the toilet flapper was broken causing the toilet to turn on and run every 15 minutes thus keeping us up all night! Went to get coffee/tea at 5:30 am still none. Wanted breakfast at 6 that didn’t happen until 6:15 and still no coffee. Disappointed at that point…

"Customer service was exceptional!"

Just want to say how much we appreciate the customer service from Christie and her hotel manager Erin. They truly went out of their way to accommodate our family. We found ourselves needing an extra room for our daughters and they were very helpful. Hopefully their management will recognize their hard work and customer service as we did!
