USI needed to extend my stay by one more night and Ivy at the front desk did an excellent job in assisting me with this process.
The bath towels needed to be placed IN the bathroom (folded on the shelf below the sink) and not in the closet. I was traveling alone and did not even notice the towels were in the closet until after the shower. There would be no reason for me to see them as the barn door revealing the closet is only open when closing the bathroom door. Although not handicapped, I was in a wheelchair accessible room and the ability for a mobility-impaired individual to reach these towels on a top shelf in a closet outside of the bathroom would be a challenge.
USThe staff was excellent. I would like to especially thank IVY for her assistance with extending my stay. Breakfast, although a little limited was HOT Fresh and clean. I especially liked having access to fresh hot coffee with various flavored creamers at all hours day and night.
The bathroom towels were NOT in the bathroom, but left in the closet, which I could not find until AFTER taking a shower. I would recommend that ALL towels are placed IN the Bathroom - leave bath towels on shelf below sink if there are no other options.
