The Suites at Prairie Falls & Event Center

Great place wonderful staff

The staff were all friendly and helpful. The rooms were gorgeous and unique with their high ceilings, large windows, and comfortably large rooms with a large screen TV. I would definitely stay here again!

There were no signs for the suites or for the entrance. They’re located above a the golf shop. The front “desk” closes at 10:00 so it took us a while to find anyone at 10:30. The rooms are odd. They look like they were meant to be offices in an industrial building. The ceilings are extremely tall and cement. The lighting was not good for putting on makeup. The beds are full size. If you want cozy this is not it. It was very clean and quiet and everything is new.

Post Falls needs a new hotel, and this one is great - its unique, clean, and the rooms are larger than most other hotel rooms in the area. Its at the golf course, so its really quiet at night. Its next to the restaurant, which serves pretty good food. Coffee shop in the same building which was beneficial. This will be our go-to place when we visit Post Falls :)

Really nice hotel. Nice staff too. Seems a little unfinished but I know it’s brand new so maybe it is. There’s also a few places in the building to get something to eat which is always good. Liked the hotel bar as well! I only recommend softer toilet paper and pillows that are less fluffy cuz I can’t sleep with my neck all bent like that. Other that that. It’s great! I’ll be back! I might bring my own pillow.😉

No elevator to the second floor. They do have chair lifts on the stairs.

The stay was great. Unfortunately I booked the room the day before and when the hotel told me Hotel.com charged me $100 more than there rate, I was upset. I immediately contacted Hotels.com just to be told they couldn’t do anything because it wasn’t 24 hrs before the stay. Hotels.com May have just a long time customer.
