Regal Inn & Suites New York LaGuardia Hotel

Perfect hotel for a long or short NYC trip. Room was very clean upon arrival, and room service cleaned every day of our stay making sure we always had a comfortable room to stay in. TV has Netflix, YouTube, and Disney+ so we were able to watch stuff while getting ready. Hotel is very close to the subway and streets are safe and easy to navigate. Perfect location! AC unit worked great and we weren’t struggling with heat at all. Staff was incredibly kind and even offered to let me borrow a charger when mine broke. They also held our luggages after checking out so we can enjoy our last few hours without having to drag it around. Only complaint was the noise of the planes at night, but not much to be done about that. 10/10 stay, and will absolutely keep in mind for my next trip.

The area is rather sketchy. Hotel entrance is just a store front on a strange block of businesses. The room was bare bones: a single, well-worn blanket on the bed; small scratchy towels; lumpy pillows; and only a desk chair for sitting. A small high window was the only natural light. Yes it was cheap by NY standards but I wish I’d just spent more for a place where I felt safer.

No ice machine. Towels were very worn and rough. Bathroom remodeled nicely.

Convenient to US Open…helpful staff, room was clean & everything we needed for one night stay.

We enjoyed our stay, our room was spacious and very clean, staff was helpful and friendly, we were in town for the US Open but like many other places it was over priced for what we received. Just need some upgrades like USB Charging and a light near bed. Thank you it was ideal for what we were there for only 1trsi stop from the stadium. Now walking by the garbage cans to get there was terrible, other business need to clean their garbage can regularly. Thanks again

The location and price were convenient to LGA and to Billie Jean King Center and was quiet and safe. However, this is a 2-star hotel at best, wifi was bad, no amenities (like a hostel), maid service was inadequate (didn't do my room even when I asked), towels were small and stiff, no cofee just instant coffee and a boiler, blankets were thin, and there a ton of flies in the room. Will mostly like not stay here again.

The bed sheets could've been thicker and more pillows on the bed . Everything else was good

Great place, would book again, was walking distance from Chinatown Flushing NY.
