"A Perfect Overnight in Omaha"

The staff were all friendly and attentive. The location was great--right off the interstate. The rooms were fresh, clean, and did NOT smell like mold or mildew. The beds were really comfortable. The pool was really clean. The coffee and breakfast was delicious.

The hotel may be one of the newest hotels I have ever stayed in(Sept 25). It is beautiful, clean, and nicely decorated. The front desk person was very friendly, courteous, and helpful. The location is very close to I80 but it is very quiet. My wife and I would definitely stay here again.

There was a dirty diaper in the pull out bed and cat poop in the corner of the room. Someone outside had their bass, so our windows on the 3rd floor shook all night.

"Good hotel, bad location. If you want rest/ quiet do not go here."

Hotel was nice and clean. Looks new. Breakfast was okay.

The night life outside the hotel. Heard very loud music (subwoofers) all night long. Boom, Boom, Boom. Also street/drag racing around 2am. Got no sleep. Wanted to relax in the pool/hot tub but there were many children playing til 9:30. Kids are going to be kids, I have a little boy. I understand children are loud, I just wanted to relax and unwind after a long day on the road. It would be nice to have adult only time maybe after 8pm. Some poop bags/ station would be nice so un prepared people can pick up after their animal. Looking at poop and watching out for bombs is a bummer.

We had a great stay overall. The room was very spacious and spotless, which made it really comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options to choose from. The only downside was that the walls seemed a bit thin. We could hear noise from the adjoining room, so it wasn’t the quietest. However, the front desk staff more than made up for it. They were amazing—quick to bring extra towels, even provided plates for our delivered pizza, and were super helpful with directions. Excellent customer service all around!
