Location, Location, Location!

Humidity in the room.

The hotel was in a perfect location and walking distance to the beach. The room had plenty of space and there were plenty of lights in the room. There was not a plug on my side of the bed so I had to plug my phone in by the tv, which is not a big deal unless you need to know what time it is and there is not a clock in the room.

We did not have our rooms attended to. We did not get coffee for our coffee machine the second day and we had to walk to the office to get a cup to go. We also asked for toilet paper and clean towels that we did not get. The room was nice sized but the parking lot was cramped. If you have a large truck like us, you can not park in front of your room. We had to unload and then move to the side of the building to park. There were so many large pick up trucks that we had a difficult time navigating to get out. I liked the location, but not the parking at all. Probably won't be going back in our truck if at all.

We loved that we could walk to the beach! The a/c worked great!

We had to pick up the door stop to close the door. We found trash shoved behind one of the beds and under a stool. There was mold on the ceiling in the shower. We were also charged more at check in. We were told that it was an issue with Booking.com, but I feel like we were already paying a premium for staying on the beach, why not honor the price we paid at time of booking?

We were unable to stay in the hotel as the "ocean view" rooms in the first floor were being remodeled, is what they told us. My husband is in a wheelchair, and I requested an accessible room for wheelchair with an ocean view. The hotel did not have accessible rooms with ocean view. And the ocean view rooms were on the 3rd floor with no elevators in the hotel, so impossible to stay in that hotel. The only available wheelchair accessible room was at the back looking at wall, for that I stay in my house, we see the walls in our hour 360 days a year. We wanted a few days with a view of the ocean.

Location was the biggest appeal and was nice perfect walk to and from beach

Beds were hard ac smelled like urine coffee pot was not Keurig but that's the supplies facility had staffed lied stated not booking for top floor as requested yet they were and did...

No microwave in room, site said microwave and fridge.

Loved the close proximity to the beach.

They are going through updates so some construction in some areas. I do wish the rooms had their own microwave instead of having to go to the office to warm up food. Also there was a half shelf near one of the beds in the two queen bedroom and my wife hit her head twice maneuvering around it.
