I’ve been very meek and very not okay

Well if you unload your things in the room don’t get to comfortable either the cable tv box is missing or the tv doesn’t work at all and when you move to another room please don’t think it’s ok because the reigerator looks like they left slim and body parts in it..but wait there’s more so you finally tired move to the third room where there’s no towels or shower curtain and that’s just the easy things I have never complained but I don’t understand why

I was not able to check in because the office was closed.

This place was outstanding ! I was a bit nervous because I was traveling alone however there was no one hanging around outside I heard no noises in the night it was super quiet and I felt very safe . It was like staying at a friend's . I give this sweet place a five star and more .

I didn't like that the room wasn't clean and when I contacted the office instead of getting switched to a clean room I was brought the cleaning supplies to clean the room myself. Also my wife was bitten by some type of bug that was in the bed that was also not clean.

Trying to check in my husband had to wait for police to break up a fight out front , assuming it was two guys who lived there. Once in- the room they Gave was occupied. So had to go back and get another room- at this point he wanted to leave but they already had my money and wasn’t sure they could refund me. Finally get a room, and yes they were nice and clean- the reason I booked based on those reviews. All night, every night for the stay there were doors slamming, cops arresting people and some guy doing what I assume to be drug deals behind the parked trailer… Since this was my husband alone he stayed- but def wouldn’t bring a female or kids….

Twice I was forced to leave for inquiring about condition of room, safety of property, and it clearly states on booking.com that the motel is “pet friendly” and because my dog barked 2 to 3 times when approached from a distance and was on a leash the manager who obviously afraid of any dog turned around at approximately 350 feet away and said I had to leave. I paid in cash and when asked about my money some crackhead intervened for asking about reimbursement of my money which I never received. I also made sure to get a witness on the scene contact info and he stated they tried to get him to lie about the incident. I have money and time so I will be obtaining legal counsel.

I did not like the criminal element of the property, the disgusting unclean room, and the huge hole in the wall hidden behind a giant plastic cover which was loose and did document with pictures.
