Horrible customer service. Management!

Front desk staff and management

Spacious room and bathroom.

New Rooms. Clean and roomy.

Reception/Front desk never said a word to me. But I guess you can say it works both ways. Nevertheless, we're guests in their hotel.

The woman at the desk that works mornings I think should not work here. We came in early which was fine we were willing to wait and she said that that room would not be available until after 3:00 so we came back at 3:05 and I'm guessing that was shift change. So she deliverly pawned us off on that other woman and that other woman deserves every bit of credit I can give her but back to the morning girl she was very unprofessional when I came up to the desk she didn't even look up she just said yeah. Other than that unprofessional woman everything else was great.

Very nice and clean

The trash cans were full and the garbage was all over the entry
