It's very good.

Chambre correcte, erreur sur le montant de la note, petit déjeuner très moyen (peu de produits, réassort très lent, tables non débarrassées)

Super close to the tram which was really nice for going into town. The restaurant wasn’t open while we were there and check in was quite confusing as there is no check in desk just a table in the front. The hotel is very clean the rooms are a bit small but very nice. The gym is tiny but worked.

The room was clean but very small. One evening around 11pm someone had obtained a key card for our room and entered while we were in bed...very shocking! Another morning, we were locked out of the room after leaving for breakfast. Security cards definitely need work!

Hôtel neuf avec infrastructures impeccable. Bon accueil, un peu original. Bon petit-déjeuner. Juste 2 problèmes ponctuels je pense : . une alerte incendie à 5h00 du matin : réveil en hyper sursaut et aucune intervention de quiconque, personne à par moi n'est sorti de sa chambre ! et personne n'a prévenu qu'il s'agissait d'une fausse alerte ! (apparemment un problème de pizza cramée au bar... pas rassurant à 5h00 du matin... . récupération de la facture : très bien au final avec le management de l'hôtel mais service exécrable (délais...) via hotels.com !

Personels tres agreable particulièrement Miss farah, ainsi que le Mr du checkin. Personel du Petit dej tres a l écoute. Toutefois ma demande de chambre côté calme n a pas été prise en compte.

First when we had happy hour at the hotel there were little bugs everywhere. Two got in my friend’s drink and they didn’t offer any discount , nee drink or any. Next the rooms ha d a fixed thermostats and we could not get it very cold in our room so I started to feel sick because of how hot it was. Lastly , we had put the sign to NOT come in our room and someone still did and changed the pillow which made it even worse sleeping conditions for me. Would not rec staying here.

Staff was helpful and breakfast was good. Restaurant/bar didn’t have set hours so it was hard to know if you would be able to get something to eat/drink. Air conditioning was not functioning when we were there which made the room very hot. Not a bad hotel but there are some areas for improvement.

L'hôtel est moderne , belle decoration, grande salle de bain. Un petit bemol, la reception avec un personnel tres sympathique se fait sur un coin de table. Dommage !

Chambres non climatisées. Ils font toujours semblant que la climatisation vient de briser, mais en lisant les autres avis, cela dure depuis longtemps. Aucune climatisation en 4 jours! De plus, j’avais prépayé pour une suite 2 lits, mais il n’y en avait pas. Seulement des chambres avec 1 lit! Hotel tout près des transports, mais située dans un quartier défavorisé.
