The gentleman at the front desk was really helpful - great service.
The room was poorly cleaned. Trash left on the floor (candy wrappers in two different places. Seemed like it had not been vacuumed.

The staff were great. The property was nice. My only issue is you have to request for housekeeping to clean your room. At other hotels I stayed at housekeeping automatically come in and clean your room without you having to request it. Also the bed pillows needed to be changed. The pillows were stink, and did not feel or smell clean at all.

The hotel is fine, room was good but they are not friendly. Very "policy" minded, not "do what's right" minded. We switched hotels halfway through the trip due to coldness
