We started coming when the hotel first opened and the staff were very friendly. This visit, staff really didn’t interact with guests. As we left the hotel with ours bags in hand there were 4 staff members standing at the front desk socializing, and not one of them said a word. Seriously, not one goodbye, not one thank you, they simply didn’t care

USIt has the ideal layout to meet my niece, but unfortunately, they’re very few handicap amenities at all. The doors are so heavy and me and the situation I’m in your staff members watched me struggle and struggle and struggle and would not help me. As a matter of fact, the older lady at the front desk quite a bit older black lady has gray hair yeah I’m sorry, but she was extremely rude to me. I told everyone there from the beginning that I was having problems and that things took me a very long time to do and they were difficult. She didn’t care she just kept reminding me how late I was and I checked out by 12 and I told them I called them back because I was getting sick. Check the camera. I cleaned that room 208. They didn’t have hardly anything at all to do no garbage just take some dirty towels wipe things down make change one bed and that is it. You will never have my business again. I am reporting this experience to corporate and I will make sure to mention that older lady’s name so I really hope that you say something to her because that is not how you treat people that pay good money to stay there. Your facilities are going to be reported for so many reasons and that is one of them. I hope that you will decide to make that handicap accessible for everyone including me. Furthermore, I hope that your staff is fully trained and dealing with those that need a little extra help. I am very dissatisfied and I don’t say things like this much but I am very upset with the way that I was treated by that staff member. I want a full refund of my money. If you cannot send it to me directly please give me the corporate office telephone number so I can contact them myself because I will get my refund. You did not make my stay enjoyable and that is really sad because not everybody comes there for business. Sometimes people come there because of unfortunate circumstances in their lives at the moment. I was one of those people. I trusted that I was coming somewhere safe.
It simply didn’t meet the needs of disabled individuals. You need automatic door openers everywhere for people with disabilities. There is absolutely no excuse why you do not have them everywhere. Every room in your hotel should have heavy door stops to hold those doors open for those people that are traveling alone and they have difficulty.
USLocation seemed to be right in the middle of things, lots of shopping around and food within walkable distance. Room was clean. Staff were cordial. Breakfast was ok.
Pool deck was dirty and there were clumps of hair in the water. Everything else was fine.
