USThis property was in a good location between Traverse City and the East Bay Area. There is a Bob Evans right next door and close to gas stations and Third Coast Coffee and Bakery. The hotel faces the bay so all the rooms do not have water views.
They use a cleaner that left an aroma in the air. Some might like it while others may not. The decor is very minimalist. The rooms are smaller, they are not suited so there is no extra chairs or a seating area. To offset that the lobby has furniture placement for lounging.
