Wow!

The best location. The room was neat and nice with a great view. The lady Lally at the reception was very helpful and always eager to help and recommend the place that we should visit Housekeeping is terrible. Repeatedly told them that the bathroom smells but they did nothing g about it . The glasses were not washed on two days . The breakfast is super good specially the fresh fruits However it end a here . The Check out experience was just TERRIBLE. It just washed away all the goodness of having stayed here for 4 nights The day of Checkout we had to leave early and since we had paid for the bfast the hotel staff and also the girl who was very good and chirpy at the bfast had told that they will pack n give us and just to let them know a night before Accordingly we told them at night and they called back to confirm what all we wanted packed In the morning b when we asked them for our bfast this new girl at the bfast said that we do not have e any carry bag or box to pack and we cannot pick anything fr bfast we can just have drink coffee if we want She was outright rude and shooed us away literally from the bfast area . Just not acceptable behavior by even a one star hotel leave alone a five star hotel . The gentleman at the reception in the morning also was just saying one word - no English and pretending not to understand a word/ or what was happening Highly unprofessional

Un séjour fantastique à l’hôtel Bleu, personnel au petit soin, accueil chaleureux, cadre agréable. J’ai été surclassée en chambre deluxe, magnifique vue sur le port de Carry le Rouet. Le spa Phytomer était aussi parfait, j’ai adoré, je recommande cet hôtel pour une parenthèse le temps d’un week-end.

We love this hotel, it's a great addition and will be one of our favourite places when we want an escape on the coast. It's less than a year old so there are still a few little things to iron out. We had a room with a balcony on the 4th floor, very comfortable and fabulous view. The one thing that they could improve is the breakfast service, the only napkins were tiny paper ones from the bar, a normal sized serviette would be better and the organisation of breakfast could be better. Overall however, everything about this hotel is great, congratulations and thank you!
