The hotel was very clean. The spa like smell when you enter is very inviting. The hotel is very pet friendly. We were traveling with our 13 pound cavapoo. We had plenty of spaces to go for walks with her. The Westin pillows were wonderful. I slept great. Definitely a great choice!

USour sheets had alot of stains on them that appeared to be stool or blood---also stains on the pillow cases=====front desk notified and I was told we could come and get more sheets---I did not like that response and they had an employee come from the front staff to change the sheets--disappointed for this compared to what we paid for the room

The amount of dog hair in our room was disgusting. When you walked with no shoes it got all over your feet. Super disappointing!!
