"It was ok check coffee and towels on arrival, be prepared to pay for parking!"

Clean room

No service came in to check towels etc but mainly I had gotten a text from Csmbria asking how the room was and o said only complaint is the only coffee in room was decaf and I asked them to have service leave a couple regular coffees and that did not happen, service did not even come to our room. Plus we had to pay for parking even though we were staying there. We were unaware of that

Very new, smelled new and very clean

I liked everything about the property. There is one comment though. My friends who stayed on the 4th floor were given bottled water when they checked in. The same lady who checked us in a few minutes after forgot to hand us ours. No big deal as we didn’t notice that. But when we came back after dinner, we asked the front desk, not the same lady, for the bottled water but was told it’s only given for the 6th floor. It’s ok, it’s just bottled water. We also don’t know who was right but there should be a protocol for that. Although, bottled water would have been nice to make coffee in the room.
