Room was really nice.

Our room was not ready even though our confirmation said it was at 3 pm.we had to sit in the car, she dudnt offer to hold our luggage or have us wait in the lobby or pool area.

Room was perfect for a family of 5. All three kids were able to have their own bed. The couch was able to be used as 2 separate beds.

"Next visit I would look for accommodations with a Hot tub with temp 100 or above and warm pool."

Breakfast was very nice. Location good

My fault for expecting the Spa to be a Hot Tub. The water temp was really turned down so could not enjoy it or the pool in the evenings. That was one of the reasons for selecting your hotel.
