Nothing about this place is likeable

Take the whole hotel and throw it away it's nothing but junkies and it's a hoe house

When I arrived after a long trip, the room was dirty, infested with cockroaches, and had no hot water. I reported the issues to Expedia and requested a refund for one night so I could move to another hotel, but they denied it even after I provided photos. To make things worse, I was abruptly woken up the next morning by a loud knock a hotel staff member rudely told me to leave because they claimed the night wasn’t paid. I showed him my receipt and he left without even apologizing. Completely unacceptable. I would never stay here again.

The property was so outdated. And the ppl loitering around all nite is scary as hell

The location is good, just next to the highway exit. The staff at the checkin desk was nice and helpful

The room was very dirty. Sheets were not changed after the previous guests, there was water all over the floor and mold on the comforters and some of the walls. The rooms were recently renovated but not taken care.

It’s much more cleaner than other hotels in the area. I stay at this hotel quite often. It’s always my first choice.
