Smart Stay Inn

There was no breakfast and I'm just able and they put me in an upstairs room and I requested a downstairs room because I can't on the stairs so my friend had to carry me up the stairs and back down it was a horrible experience and when we told the man about it I did that he just ignored the question and gave us the room key and that was it

Professional staff with clean rooms that are nice and modern. A plesant surprise and a good value for the price. Truck parking is available.

We didnt even stay there. I got lost and no one would answer the phone to help me get to the hotel.😪

Dirty room , holes and hair on the sheets , it was very bright on the window i couldn't sleep

The manager was very friendly and polite. Don't judge a book by its cover. The outside might look like it's ran down but the room was very clean. The covers were clean just stained. Other than that I would definitely stay again

I stay at Smart Stay frequently. I never have any problems and I’m never disturbed by anyone or anything in or around the property. It is my 1st choice hotel whenever I come to Lafayette.
