I like the rooms and the pool. Parking is a little difficult.
The staff here is excellent. From Khobe and Idris to Garrett at the front desk, they were very helpful and accommodating as were all of the staff. We love Springhill Suites because the rooms are spacious. It will be great when the parking is sorted but the valet crew handled it very well indeed. Good location, too 5stars
Clean spacious quiet safe
USI loved the room layout and how big the bathroom was. I also enjoyed doing my makeup in the bathroom because of the mirror and the great lighting. I also appreciated that not only was there a Bible in the side drawer but also the book of Mormon. The breakfast had many healthy options as well as almond milk. This was an added plus for me. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only downside was Scottsdale Rd on a Saturday night was very loud because my room faced that way.
The traffic noise on Scottsdale Rd was the only negative for me.

The hotel was very nice and clean. Easy check-in & complimentary breakfast was a plus with kids. The room was clean and had the things you would need. A/C was perfect too! The only thing I would recommend to check under A/C unit for food/things. My kids found a few stuff under it… Overall, 9.5/10 for the whole stay!

Place was great. Very clean, staff were nice and made sure we had everything. We were allowed to have uber eats ordered up to our room. Everything was amazing.
