That it was valet parking only and no maid service to clean my room unless I asked for it
Our trash was never taken out nor did we get new towels or bed sheets. I had to ask for new towels at the front desk. African American woman at the front was extremely nice & helpful. Please give her a raise! Or acknowledge this message for her. But overall good stay
The hotel was awesome! Clean great options for breakfast. The area around it isn’t that great bc of the construction etc but it was 10 mins from everything we were doing so it was perfect. I would highly recommend we were a family of 5 (two toddlers)

We had a great stay! The beds were nice and very comfortable, which made for a restful night after a long day. The breakfast was good and varied, with something for everyone in the family to enjoy. The facility was clean and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere felt welcoming and safe. Definitely a nice place for families—we would happily stay here again!
All was good but the valet parking was interesting to say the least. Breakfast meat was not cooked but the breakfast was ok for the most part

The property was nice in the front desk. Staff was very pleasant. It’s very interesting how the bathroom is laid out, but it makes more room to have a couch.
The hotel is new about two years now but construction is still pending at the entrance so that is unsightly but overall the staff is accommodating, professional, and courteous. The stay was relaxing and close to our event which was perfect for us.
