I have stayed here multiple times over the past few months, and every time I do, they go above and beyond. My family and I used to stay at this property all the time, back when it was called Quarters. Before it was a hotel, it was used as military barracks. Quarters was always affordable, but...definitely looked run down. When I noticed that the property had new owners who remodeled it, I was definitely curious to give it another shot. I would give this hotel a strong 4/5 in terms of value for price. The remodel made the building look like an actual hotel, the beds are pretty comfy (much better than the Super 8), each room has a flat screen TV equipped with a Roku (my mom and I were able to watch on-demand episodes of Hell's Kitchen at no extra cost), the complementary breakfast had a wide variety of options, and the hotel even offered complementary coffee, tea, and cookies in the lobby. There are a couple of areas that still need to be remodeled, in my opinion, like the floors and the showers, but everything was clean, despite of this.

Definitely worth the money and not too far out of the way. I plan on staying here again as it was easy to check in and the room was actually good sized and very clean. It looked like the breakfast had a nice little selection of hot and cold items. But I did not try anything. Definitely a decent place to stay for a night or two if you’re in the Champaign area and don’t feel like paying the higher prices.

Rooms are clean, but old. The building appears to be an old barracks. The breakfast was typical for hotels, but the quality of the items was very good.

This place is a hidden gem. The property looks a little rough on the outside, because it used to be barracks on an airforce base. Don't let it discourage you. The inside is well done and spacious. The room was clean and has some nice details (mini kitchen, big desk for working, comfy beds, etc). The free continental breakfast has a wide selection of items. For the price it was a really great value and is comparable to hotels $50+ more in price. It is definitely worth the extra 5-10 minute drive off the main highways if you are anywhere in the area. Give it a try.

History of this building is amazing. This building was airmen housing during WW2 as this was their training area.

Check in was easy and they were friendly, the room was ok a little outdated, there was a horrible smell coming from the bathtub , I had to get bleach to clean and kill the smell ,there was blood on the shower current on the bottom corner. Needless to say i did not use the shower after all that, im headed straight home to shower, the breakfast was ok the eggs, and sausage were luke warm, the bed was a little hard , did not a sleep well . It was really quite, it was almost like a ghost town vibe. . I would not stay there again in the future.

We had a restful stay at a great price. The room was a good size. 2 nice queen beds, very comfortable. Kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, sink, cabinets, coffee maker, large closet, good shower/bathtub, and workspace for computer. The hotel is a refurbished dorm like quarters, (guessing used when there was a working air force base.) No pool but a good exercise room. Breakfast had many options and a coffee bar. Friendly and helpful staff. Totally recommend vs staying at a chain for a good quiet nights sleep.

It wasn't nice hotel, but the bad frames were horrible. Me and my granddaughter kept hurting our legs on the edge of the bed.
