There were roaches in the room and the room stunk really bad too. It smelled stale and stagnant.

No breakfast

Check in lady was rude...felt like u was bithering her as i checked in... also there was$100 deposit which i was unawre of... booked on hotel.com so mayne not the hotels fault but still annoying.... from 9pm till 2am there was a mma match between 10 ppl above us... honestly have no idea what else it could have been.. when checking out the next day the cops were there because of a seperate incident...

We were thoroughly disappointed with many things. The lady who was at the front desk on Saturday 9/13, was as accommodating as she could be with all the reasons the room wasn't ready at 3 pm, as promoted. We requested a handicap accessible room, a bar on the wall by the toilet - there was not one in the bathroom. My husband has an above-knee amputation. It was needed. There were no hangers in the closet, no iron, no coffee maker, no cups for water, no hair dryer, but there was a kitchenette complete with a stove top, an apartment-sized refrigerator, a microwave, and a garbage disposal. There were a lot of shady actions going on in the parking lot in the back, during the day and the night when we were entering and exiting to and from the event we attended downtown Detroit. There were men taking pictures of women between cars, men hanging out with women in cars with loud music well past 10 pm. In the morning there were empty Corona beer bottles by the case where there were men taking pictures of women sitting on the curb. A lady from Housekeeping was smoking outside the guest entrance. Whether or not, the management chooses to take an honest look at what is going on and correct it, is their decision. I am completely aware that we chose an affordable hotel. We are not accustomed to "staying at the Ritz" and are typically completely satisfied. However, guest safety and impressions are important to us. The scariest part for all guests was that the back door was never locked. The only reason we gave a 1.5 rating is that the room floor was wet from the housekeeper, giving what seemed to be a good first impression that the room could have been cleaned. There were long dark hairs in the towels, in the bed, and on the wet floor. There is way more than a hotel operation going on at your property. If you know this and do not protect those being harmed, shame on you! As for my husband and me, we would not consider your property in the future.

We stayed here for 2 nights, during which we were inundated with the smell of weed as soon as we entered the building, we heard multiple domestic disputes, the building itself is a long term rental facility for residents that we were not informed of until we checked in. We were provided a single roll of toilet paper and only 2 towels, when we went to request more toilet paper we were told they were out. Residents did not follow quiet time rules.

Screaming and yelling till after midnight, then dogs barking and some ass parked outside our room with their bright light on on their car that lit the room with curtains closed!! That stay sucked. Hotel said full refund, to have booking.com contact them, booking .Com said to have the hotel con tact them and noone did their job I paid for a stay I got less than 2 hrs sleep! Sucked to say the least

No really don't stay here

There was no key to the room so we were told to call the desk to lock up each time we wanted to leave the room. There was no water or handles for the bathroom shower.

Check in was fast, friendly, and very informative
