When I first arrived to my room, I got out my vehicle to go inside and check in. I noticed that it was just a lot of random people hanging out in the lobby then I checked in and went up to my room to check my room for cleanness I discovered roaches in the room. The room was not clean. The neighbors had kids and they were very loud. I immediately went downstairs and I asked for a refund and I left and went and checked into a better hotel.

USI stayed at this hotel because I was in town. I decided to stay and visit a friend. The hotel was under renovation so there were some inconveniences due to construction. But overall, it was a pleasant day.
