Staff was great, very friendly, location is close to a lot of great stuff, we were able to walk to the venue where we attended a concert comfortably.
Valet parking being a necessity is annoying. I’d like free access to my vehicle without having to bother someone about it.

The rooms were big and spacious, the hotel facilities were good and the staff were always happy to help. 25 minutes walk to broadway which was fine.

Staff were exceptional in all positions, room was clean, had high end amenities, felt very trendy and a little lux for a middle class gal like me. Loved how easy and clear it was getting in and out of the hotel and getting on/off the interstate. Seemed like a great central point, if we were staying longer.
