No breakfast.

1st room stunk and had no shower head. 2nd room was absolutely disgustingly filthy. The floor was sticky and hadn’t been swept forever. The towels were stained and the bedding was not clean!!

Alex provided great customer service at the desk

They cancelled my reservation for no reason

Checked in early, the room was available so I was able to spend some extra time in town. The front desk girl did an amazing job of decorating the lobby in Halloween stuff. Nice touch.

We chose this hotel because it was pet friendly. We were in town for my nephews funeral and needed a pet friendly hotel. Over all the experience was good. They just need to do a better job cleaning the floors in the rooms.

The computer was not working I asked earlier by email for first floor I had called this a.m. and I asked for a second floor and was told I could get one so I called back after I finish working today and nothing had been done about acquiring a second floor the lady hung up on me This a.m. and didn’t even give me an OK or not that I could get a second floor I talked to Expedia and that was a waste of my breath I’ve worked a 10 1/2 hour shift today and drove four hours to get to this location and the computer is broken

Housekeeping definitely needs to step up their game. Hairs in both sink and shower. Zero toilet paper. But it had a bed and a working TV. It served its purpose. To sleep there to be up for an early doctor appointment.

Booked a room with a dog and never stayed---booked on booking and it said no prepayment needed and the hotel took my money before arriving! Scam! Got there and there is no grass to walk a dog and the lady said take the dog across the street (should not have to go across the street) also wanted a $100 deposit (would not take cash) and said IF the room is left clean youll eventually get it back---no thanks
