Hotel Ursa

I moved my son in to school this weekend and the Ursa Hotel is located right in the middle of the campus. The hotel has three buildings which are all converted campus buildings. They kept all the beautiful original hardwood floors, banisters and wavy glass when possible to keep the old school charm. But the rooms are all modernized with high ceilings and beautiful high windows. It was so clean and calming. I already booked my reservations for the friends and family weekend. Staff was super friendly and went out of their way to assist with any requests 10/10 on this stay

Enjoyed my stay

This is a different hotel. It is on the campus of Maine University. There are 3 buildings. The hotel has been open of 2 years. It is new and fresh. The rooms were so fresh and new. I don’t have any complaints. You have to drive about 5 minutes to get food but that was not a big deal.

Great location if doing anything on campus.

Lovely alternative to the Bangor highway hotels! Love the campus, even during the quiet summertime.

I was surprised that I had do desk area for me to do work on my laptop.

Really nice hotel! I was a little confused when I first drove onto the University of Maine campus, the outside looks like dorm but the inside is Not a dorm. The staff was really helpful and nice. There is a washer and dryer for guests. The room was spacious and comfortable. Loved the work area, well thought out. Only thing that could be updated is the bath towels could be bigger… I’m not a big person but these barely wrapped around me. I would definitely go back if I was in the area.
