New, modern and clean with good amenities. We had 3 couples and 3 rooms, all with full kitchens and living space. An area next to the bathroom for the wife to do hair and makeup without tying up the bathroom. Some rooms had a bedroom door with a tv in there as well as one in the living space. Others had one tv that could turn 360 degrees to watch from anywhere except the bathroom. Good selection of drinks, snacks and microwaveable food from a kiosk in the lobby. Breakfast was really good! Great location with shopping close by and a good selection of restaurants.The entire staff from the bottom to the top was very friendly and helpful! Would recommend and would stay again! Pro tip: Bring your own pillow if able, to mushy for me anyway.

10/10 Recommend this hotel for any family! Hotel was super clean, they seriously have an amazing breakfast, and best of all, the staff was so kind and accommodating. They always would greet us in the morning with a smile and would never hesitate to help. We had to do an extended stay since our house flooded and the staff made the hard time we were experiencing just a bit more bearable.

Not a very pleasant location

Waited nearly 20 minutes at front desk to be checked in…not one staff member was in sight…nice and clean new hotel, but clearly they are experiencing the challenges of a startup…maybe give it while longer and will likely be great

We planned an important two-day business meeting and rented overnight rooms as well as the hotel's meeting room. We were incredibly pleased with the service all hotel staff provided. The event was smooth thanks to the communications with Melissa, the Director of Sales, who helped immensely with planning. As the coordinator, I did not attend this event but had the peace of mind that Melissa handled all coordination on my behalf, including setting up the meeting room, accommodating our needs in the overnight rooms, providing details and photos of the hotel per my inquiries, receiving and holding on to our swag that we mailed in advance, providing all-day beverage services, recommending nearby catering options and managing the delivery and setup of the catering. The group only had one small issue with the meeting room getting a bit warm early on; however, once we reported it to Melissa, she immediately remedied the situation in no time and even compensated for it without being asked. Our guests were comfortable in this beautiful brand-new hotel, and we are so happy to have had a seamless event thanks to Melissa and her team.
